I am a practical moderator at GCSE level and an exam marker at A Level. I also teach BTEC level 3 Unit 1 and I have worked again for Ofqual to look at this vocational course and to compare it with others, namely the OCR technicals.

These are revision cards for Unit 1 of the BTEC L3 Nationals Course. It is a word document with Skeletal system questions and answers covering all of Topic A. They will need to be printed out and cut out and folded backwards, so the question is one side and the answer is on the reverse. Very useful for peer and individual revision to see what the students know/don’t know!!

There are lots of slides on each topic with pictures and theory behind the content. There is also the specification for each of the topics, so you know you have taught the correct stuff!! There are past paper questions & answers and tables for the critically evaluate parts of the course. I found this really important as lots of the topics of the old skill specification had changed. i.e. lots had been taken out.
This is a revision powerpoint quiz with 5 questions on each of the 9 topics of AS Sports Psychology (Personality to Goal Setting). The questions are multiple choice with 4 possible answers A to D.
